本プライバシーポリシーは、Mapiq（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

取得・保存する情報

本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の情報を取得または保存する場合があります。

パスワードはFirebase Authenticationによって処理され、開発者が平文のパスワードを取得することはありません。GoogleまたはAppleでログインする場合、各事業者から認証に必要な識別子や、ユーザーが提供を許可した氏名・メールアドレス等を受け取る場合があります。

位置情報

本アプリは、現在地の表示・追従、写真・ステッカー・つぶやきの登録地点の記録、登録したステッカー付近への訪問判定のために、アプリ使用中の位置情報を利用します。写真等を追加する際に地図の中心地点を選んだ場合は、その地点を登録位置として保存します。

本アプリは、バックグラウンドで継続的に位置情報を取得することを目的としていません。位置情報の許可は端末の設定アプリからいつでも変更できますが、無効にした場合は現在地や位置に基づく機能を利用できないことがあります。

写真・ステッカー・つぶやき

ユーザーが登録した写真、メモ、ステッカー、つぶやき、地点情報、日時は、地図上に表示するためクラウドに保存されます。写真やプロフィール画像はFirebase Storageに保存されます。

写真やつぶやきは、ユーザーが選択した公開設定に従ってフレンドへ表示される場合があります。フレンドに公開された投稿には、表示名、プロフィール画像および位置情報が含まれることがあります。つぶやきおよびフレンド向けの一時投稿は原則として24時間表示されます。

フレンドとチャット

@ID、表示名、プロフィール画像は、ユーザー検索、フレンド申請、フレンド一覧などで他のユーザーに表示されます。チャットのメッセージや画像は、会話に参加するユーザーへ配信・表示するため保存されます。また、Mapiq公式からのお知らせや、ユーザーから公式アカウントへ送信されたメッセージを保存する場合があります。

アカウントとクラウド保存

本アプリは、アカウント登録、ログイン、データ保存、同期、通知配信、アカウント削除等のためにFirebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Firebase Storage、Firebase Cloud Messaging、Cloud Functionsを使用します。これらのサービスでは、Google LLCが提供する基盤上で情報が処理されます。

通知

本アプリは、チャット、フレンド申請、フレンド承認、フレンドの投稿などを知らせるプッシュ通知を送信する場合があります。通知の許可は端末の設定アプリから変更でき、アプリ内の通知設定では通知種別ごとに受信のオン・オフを選択できます。

広告

本アプリは、広告表示のためにGoogle AdMobを使用します。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、分析、不正防止、サービス改善などの目的で、IPアドレス、端末識別子、広告データ、アプリ操作情報、クラッシュログ、パフォーマンスデータ等を収集する場合があります。端末の広告トラッキングに関する許可は、iOSの設定から変更できます。

外部サービス

本アプリでは、機能提供のために次の外部サービスを利用します。各サービスに送信された情報は、それぞれの提供者のプライバシーポリシー等に従って取り扱われます。

利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

第三者提供

開発者は、ユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。法令に基づく場合、生命・身体・財産の保護に必要な場合、または本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で委託先が処理する場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。

保存期間と安全管理

情報は、サービス提供、アカウント維持、法令遵守、紛争解決、不正防止に必要な期間保存します。アカウント削除またはコンテンツ削除が行われた場合、関連情報を削除しますが、システムのバックアップや法令上保存が必要な記録には一定期間残ることがあります。

本アプリは、通信の暗号化、Firebaseの認証・アクセス制御等を利用して情報の保護に努めます。ただし、インターネット上の通信や保存の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

データの削除

ユーザーは、アプリ内の削除機能により、登録した写真、ステッカー、つぶやき等を削除できます。また、設定画面の「アカウントを削除」から、アカウントおよび関連するクラウドデータの削除を申請できます。削除できない場合や確認が必要な場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としたものではありません。13歳未満の子どもが利用する場合は、保護者の同意と管理のもとで利用してください。

本ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載し、更新日を変更します。

This Privacy Policy explains how Mapiq handles information when you use the app.

Information collected or stored

The app may collect or store the following information to provide its features:

Passwords are processed by Firebase Authentication, and the developer does not receive passwords in plain text. If you sign in with Google or Apple, the app may receive an authentication identifier and information such as your name or email address that you authorize the provider to share.

Location information

Mapiq uses location information while you use the app to show and follow your current location, save the location of photos, stickers, and thoughts, and detect visits near saved stickers. If you choose the center of the map when adding content, that selected location is stored as the content location.

The app is not intended to continuously collect location information in the background. You can change location permissions at any time in the device Settings app. Current-location and location-based features may not work if access is disabled.

Photos, stickers, and map thoughts

Photos, notes, stickers, thoughts, locations, and dates you register are stored in the cloud so they can be displayed on the map. Photos and profile images are stored in Firebase Storage.

Photos and thoughts may be shown to friends according to the sharing choices you make. Shared posts may include your display name, profile image, and location. Thoughts and temporary posts shared with friends are generally displayed for 24 hours.

Friends and chat

Your @ID, display name, and profile image are shown to other users in features such as user search, friend requests, and friend lists. Chat messages and images are stored to deliver and display them to conversation participants. The app may also store announcements from Mapiq and messages sent by users to the official Mapiq account.

Accounts and cloud storage

The app uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Cloud Functions for registration, login, storage, synchronization, push notifications, and account deletion. These services process information on infrastructure provided by Google LLC.

Notifications

The app may send push notifications for chat messages, friend requests, accepted requests, and friends' posts. You can change permission in the device Settings app and enable or disable each notification category in Mapiq's settings.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect information such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, app interaction data, crash logs, and performance data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes. You can change advertising tracking permission in iOS Settings.

Third-party services

The information is used for the following purposes:

Sharing with third parties

The developer does not sell your personal information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent, except when required by law, necessary to protect life, safety, or property, or processed by service providers as necessary to operate the app.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. When an account or content is deleted, related information is deleted, although it may remain for a limited time in system backups or records that must be retained by law.

The app uses measures such as encrypted communications and Firebase authentication and access controls to protect information. However, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data deletion

You can delete photos, stickers, thoughts, and other content using the app's delete features. You can also request deletion of your account and related cloud data from “Delete Account” in Settings. If you cannot complete deletion or need assistance, please contact us below.

Children's privacy

The app is not primarily directed to children under the age of 13. If a child under 13 uses the app, it should be under the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
