本プライバシーポリシーは、「行きたい！BOX」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
取得・保存する情報
本アプリは、機能を提供するため、次の情報を取得または保存する場合があります。
- 認証情報：Firebase Authenticationが発行する匿名ユーザーIDおよび認証状態。本アプリは、通常の利用において氏名、メールアドレス、パスワードの入力を求めません。
- プロフィール情報：利用者が設定した表示名および絵文字アイコン。
- BOX情報：BOXの名前、絵文字、テーマカラー、招待コード、作成者、参加メンバーおよび作成・更新日時。
- 候補情報：場所や体験の名称、説明、住所、WebサイトURL、画像URL、カテゴリ、地図表示用の座標、提案者および作成日時。
- 投票情報：「アリ！」の回数、投票したメンバーおよび更新日時。
- 端末内の情報：表示設定、共有機能から受け取った未処理のURL・タイトル・メモ、および表示を高速化するためのローカルコピー。
- 広告等に関する情報：IPアドレス、端末識別子、広告データ、アプリ操作情報、診断情報、クラッシュログ、パフォーマンスデータ等が、広告配信、不正防止および品質改善のためにGoogle Mobile Ads SDKによって処理される場合があります。
グループ内での共有
BOXの名前、参加メンバーの表示名と絵文字、候補情報、提案者名および投票回数は、同じBOXに参加しているメンバーへ表示されます。招待コードまたは招待リンクを受け取った人は、そのBOXへ参加できる場合があります。招待情報は信頼できる相手とのみ共有してください。
Webページからの取り込み
利用者がURLから候補を追加した場合、本アプリは指定されたWebページへアクセスし、公開されているタイトル、説明、画像、住所等を取得することがあります。この通信では、接続先のWebサイトにIPアドレス、端末やブラウザに関する一般的な情報等が送信される場合があり、接続先のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
地図・位置情報
本アプリは、候補の名称や住所から地図上の地点を検索・表示するためにApple MapKitを使用します。検索語や住所は、地図検索のためAppleへ送信される場合があります。本アプリは端末の現在地を取得せず、バックグラウンドで位置情報を収集しません。
カレンダー
利用者が明示的に操作し、カレンダーへのアクセスを許可した場合、本アプリは選択した候補の名称、日時、メモ、住所およびURLを端末のカレンダーへ保存します。保存後のカレンダーデータは、Appleのカレンダー機能および利用者が設定したカレンダーサービスによって管理されます。本アプリは、カレンダー情報を開発者のサーバーへ送信しません。
共有機能
Safari等の共有シートから候補を追加する際、URL、タイトル、メモおよび追加先BOXの識別子を、本アプリと共有拡張機能だけが利用できるApp Group領域へ一時保存します。処理済みの項目はこの保留領域から削除されます。
広告とトラッキング
本アプリは広告表示のためGoogle AdMobを使用します。Google Mobile Ads SDKは、広告配信、測定、不正防止、サービス改善等の目的で情報を収集する場合があります。トラッキングに利用者の許可が必要な場合、本アプリはiOSのApp Tracking Transparency画面を表示します。許可はiOSの設定からいつでも変更できます。
外部サービス
本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の外部サービスを利用します。各サービスへ送信された情報は、それぞれの提供者の規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
- Google LLC：Firebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore、Google AdMob
- Apple Inc.：MapKit、カレンダーおよびApp Tracking Transparency
- 利用者が候補として指定したWebサイト

第三者提供
開発者は、利用者の個人情報を販売しません。法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産を保護するために必要な場合、または本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で上記サービス提供者が処理する場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。
保存期間と削除
クラウド上の情報は、BOXおよび関連機能の提供に必要な期間保存します。利用者が複数人のBOXから退出すると、その利用者のメンバー情報と投票は削除されますが、その利用者が提案した候補は残るメンバーのために保持されます。最後の1人が退出した場合、そのBOX、候補、投票、メンバーおよび招待情報は削除されます。
端末内のローカルデータは、アプリの削除等によって消去できます。匿名認証用IDその他の削除について支援が必要な場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。削除後も、サービス提供者のバックアップ、不正防止または法令上必要な記録に一定期間残る場合があります。
安全管理
本アプリは、通信の暗号化、Firebase AuthenticationおよびFirestore Security Rulesによるアクセス制御等を用いて情報の保護に努めます。ただし、インターネット上の通信および電子的な保存の完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
国際的なデータ処理
情報は、上記の外部サービス提供者が事業を行う国または地域で処理される場合があります。その取り扱いには、各提供者に適用される規約、プライバシー上の取り組みおよび法令が適用されます。
子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもを主な対象としていません。13歳未満の子どもが利用する場合は、保護者の同意と管理のもとで利用してください。
本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、法令や本アプリの機能変更等に応じて更新する場合があります。変更後の内容は、本ページに掲載し、最終更新日を変更します。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how “Ikitai! BOX” (the “App”) handles information when you use the App.
Information collected or stored
The App may collect or store the following information to provide its features:
- Authentication information: the anonymous user ID and authentication status issued by Firebase Authentication. The App does not normally ask you to provide a name, email address, or password for authentication.
- Profile information: the display name and emoji avatar you choose.
- Box information: box name, emoji, theme color, invite code, owner, participating members, and creation or update dates.
- Idea information: names and descriptions of places or activities, addresses, website URLs, image URLs, category, coordinates used for map display, contributor name, and creation date.
- Vote information: the number of “Yes!” votes, the voting member, and update date.
- On-device information: display preferences, pending URLs, titles, and notes received through the share extension, and local copies used to display information efficiently.
- Advertising and related information: Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, app interaction data, diagnostic information, crash logs, and performance data for advertising, fraud prevention, and quality improvement.
Sharing within a group
A box's name, members' display names and emoji avatars, idea information, contributor names, and vote counts are visible to members of the same box. A person who receives an invite code or invite link may be able to join that box. Share invite information only with people you trust.
Importing web pages
When you add an idea from a URL, the App may connect to that public web page to retrieve available titles, descriptions, images, and addresses. The destination website may receive your IP address and general device or browser information, which it handles under its own privacy policy.
Maps and location information
The App uses Apple MapKit to search for and display map locations based on an idea's name or address. Search terms and addresses may be sent to Apple for map search. The App does not obtain your device's current location or collect location information in the background.
Calendar
When you expressly choose to save an idea and grant calendar access, the App saves the selected title, date, notes, address, and URL to your device calendar. The resulting calendar data is managed by Apple's calendar features and the calendar services configured on your device. The App does not send calendar data to a developer-operated server.
Share extension
When you add an idea from the share sheet in Safari or another app, the URL, title, note, and destination box identifier are temporarily stored in an App Group area available only to the App and its share extension. Processed items are removed from this pending area.
Advertising and tracking
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement. When permission is required for tracking, the App displays Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Third-party services
The App uses the following services to provide its features. Information sent to these services is processed under each provider's terms and privacy policy.
- Google LLC: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Google AdMob
- Apple Inc.: MapKit, Calendar, and App Tracking Transparency
- Websites you choose to import as ideas

How information is used
- Authenticating anonymous users and controlling access to boxes
- Storing, synchronizing, and displaying boxes, ideas, members, and votes
- Providing invitations, web imports, map display, and calendar saving
- Displaying and measuring ads, preventing abuse, and maintaining or improving service quality
- Responding to inquiries
Sharing with third parties
The developer does not sell your personal information. We do not disclose personal information to third parties without your consent except when required by law, necessary to protect life, safety, or property, or processed by the service providers above as necessary to operate the App.
Retention and deletion
Cloud information is retained for as long as necessary to provide each box and related features. If you leave a box that still has other members, your membership and votes are deleted, while ideas you contributed remain available to the remaining members. If the final member leaves, the box, its ideas, votes, members, and invitation information are deleted.
Local data can be removed by deleting the App or its data. To request help deleting an anonymous authentication identifier or other information, contact us below. After deletion, some information may remain temporarily in service-provider backups or records retained for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Security
The App uses encrypted communications, Firebase Authentication, and Firestore Security Rules to help protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International processing
Information may be processed in countries or regions where the service providers listed above operate. Their applicable terms, privacy commitments, and laws govern their handling of information.
Children's privacy
The App is not primarily directed to children under the age of 13. Children under 13 should use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or App functionality. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
